We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us scale. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, this role involves supporting a diverse range of clients and working closely with internal teams to enhance the client experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in Client Service or Investor Relations within traditional finance or alternative investments.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Provide ongoing, high-quality support to a diverse client base—including individuals, family offices, financial advisors, funds, and institutions—ensuring timely and accurate responses that foster strong client relationships.
– Assist financial advisors and high-net-worth individuals through the subscription and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience regardless of the client’s familiarity with crypto.
– Support portfolio managers by promptly addressing logistical investment questions, such as confirming wire transfers on trade days.
– Join sales calls or meetings to explain the onboarding process and answer product-related inquiries.
– Collaborate with engineering and tech teams to improve the investment experience and develop internal tools.
– Maintain key documents and records, including updates to the firm’s Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and client database.
– Take on multiple roles, contribute to various projects, and adapt to the evolving needs of a growing company.

Role Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (not mandatory).
– At least 3 years of experience in Client Service or Investor Relations within financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
– Strong proficiency with software tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
– Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills; able to meet deadlines under pressure.
– Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment—and a genuine interest in the crypto space.
– A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude, with a focus on ownership, communication, and continuous improvement.

Annual compensation for this role in 2025 is expected to range from $120,000 to $135,000, with final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
