Italian-Speaking Client Relations Manager
The Role:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to join our Client Relations team in either Athens or Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
– Manage the activation of new client leads and follow up with potential clients.
– Respond to client inquiries while delivering top-tier service.
– Conduct individual client analysis and take necessary actions.
– Stay informed about the company’s latest products, promotions, and updates, and communicate these to clients.
– Ensure adherence to legal and compliance policies.
– Offer recommendations for system improvements.
– Always act in the company’s best interest and collaborate with the Client Relations team to support business growth.
– Help achieve team goals and performance targets.
– Work closely with other departments as needed.
Key Requirements:
– Degree in a business-related discipline.
– Experience in client services within the financial sector is a plus.
– Native-level Italian with excellent English communication skills.
– Trustworthy and dependable.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
– Proactive, creative, and goal-focused.
– Proficient in computer use.
– Must hold a valid work permit.
