Project Summary:
Become a part of the Search R&T (Relevance & Trust) initiative and contribute to enhancing the safety and accuracy of public search results. Your role will involve analyzing and labeling search queries to assess their suitability for public display, directly influencing the online experience of users around the globe.
Main Responsibilities:
– Attend mandatory full-time training from May 7–16, which includes live sessions, self-paced learning, and assessments (10:00 AM–7:00 PM JST). No absences are permitted during this period.
– Begin working on May 19, committing to 6–8 hours per day.
– Choose between two shift options:
– Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+9)
– Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (GMT+9)
– Select any five working days per week (Monday to Sunday) that align with your availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Native Japanese speaker currently living in Japan.
– Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
– Possesses strong analytical, linguistic, and logical reasoning skills.
– Has at least B2-level proficiency in English.
– Previous experience in query evaluation, scoring, or similar labeling tasks is preferred.
– Culturally aware and familiar with current online and social media trends.
– Comfortable working with sensitive content, such as offensive language, violence, or misinformation.
– Able to commit to a consistent and fixed work schedule.
Project Information:
– Duration: April 30, 2025 – April 30, 2026
– Total Volume: 100,000 cases
– Daily Hours: 6–8 hours
– Compensation: $0.19 per case, with an expected rate of 100–110 cases per hour
