Do you have a passion for languages, writing, and quality assessment? We’re launching an exciting new language evaluation project and are seeking Japanese-speaking professionals to join our team.

In this role, you’ll help train AI systems to better understand, generate, and improve language by completing structured evaluation and writing tasks—all from home and on your own schedule.

What You’ll Do:

– Review AI-generated content for accuracy, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
– Spot issues and rewrite responses to enhance quality.
– Develop natural Japanese prompts and responses to improve conversational datasets.
– Work with international teams to enhance AI language models.

Project Information:

– Start Date: Mid-September
– Duration: 4 weeks
– Hours: Around 20 hours per week (flexible)
– Type: Freelance contract
– Location: Remote (Japan-based)

Requirements:

– Teaching background preferred, or experience in Japanese writing/education.
– Strong writing skills and excellent grammar.
– Deep understanding of Japanese cultural nuances.
– Comfortable with structured tasks like ranking responses, writing prompts, checking grammar, and refining text.
