We’re looking for contributors to help improve the accuracy and quality of audio-based AI models. Your role will involve labeling specific elements in audio recordings, such as identifying different speakers, noting background sounds, tagging emotions or speech characteristics, and classifying audio segments. This work is essential to enhance how AI systems understand and interpret sound.

Responsibilities:

– Listen to audio files and accurately tag elements like speakers, background noise, and emotions
– Classify audio segments (e.g., speech, music, silence, overlapping voices)
– Add timestamps for significant events or changes in the audio
– Follow detailed annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy

Requirements:

– Native fluency in Kannada
– Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail
– Ability to understand and follow complex instructions in English
– Previous experience in audio annotation or similar work is preferred
– Familiarity with various accents, speech styles, and audio quality levels is a plus

Payment Details:

– The pay rate is $2.00 per audio hour
– On average, contributors can process 1 audio hour per working hour, earning $2.00 per audio hour
– Payment is based on the amount of audio processed, not the number of hours worked. Actual earnings depend on your speed and accuracy

This is a project-based role with CrowdGen, where you’ll work as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you’ll receive an email from CrowdGen to set up your account using the email you applied with. You’ll need to log in, reset your password, complete the setup process, and continue with your application for this role.
