Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough and timely KYC due diligence reviews with high standards of quality.
– Preferred experience with compliance tools such as World Check, POA, and EDD.
– Strong understanding of local laws, regulations, and standards relevant to compliance, with knowledge of evolving virtual currency regulations being a plus.
– Skilled in risk assessments, periodic and trigger-based reviews, open-source research, and enhanced due diligence.
– Build effective working relationships with Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
– Participate in internal and external training sessions on AML/CFT and other relevant topics.
– Perform general administrative and related tasks as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
– Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions red flags is an advantage.
– Preferred background in risk, compliance, fraud, operations, or regulatory roles.
– Prior experience with World Check or KYC operations is a plus.
– Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate projects.
– Fluency in both Chinese and English is required for effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
