Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via email or Zendesk
– Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints
– Provide accurate details about our products and services
– Assist customers with troubleshooting
– Record customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system (HubSpot)
– Escalate complex issues to senior support or management
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
– Stay informed about product updates and company policies

Requirements:

– English proficiency at C1 level or higher
– Intermediate Excel skills
– Strong communication abilities
– Familiarity with HubSpot
