Position: Lead ServiceNow Developer (Active Security Clearance Required)

Job Description:
– Collaborate with requesters to refine and clarify business requirements, ensuring requested functionalities are accurately delivered
– Develop a deep understanding of the existing ServiceNow implementation to assess the impact of proposed changes across the platform
– Design, build, and deploy solutions including custom applications, workflows, service catalog items, and integrations to address complex business needs
– Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to enhance functionality and user experience
– Create and implement workflows that support business processes and improve automation
– Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs
– Build and maintain custom applications following best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability
– Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with other developers to build, test, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently
– Partner with implementation teams or internal stakeholders to roll out new modules as business requirements evolve
– Perform regular upgrades of the ServiceNow platform to stay compliant and supported by the vendor

Key Skills and Requirements:
– Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to obtain or currently hold an active U.S. Government security clearance
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline
– ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
– Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, ideally across modules such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR
– Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
– Proficient in JavaScript and experienced with ServiceNow API web services
– Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
