Lead Social & Influence Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (preferably based in Europe) or onsite in Nantes
Salary: €40,000 – €60,000 gross per year

We’re seeking a Lead Social & Influence Marketing Manager to expand on what’s already working and take it even further.

You’ll work closely with Antoine (our CMO) and Léo (our in-house product video creator) to:

– Build and engage a global community of entrepreneurs, creators, and customer support professionals
– Increase Crisp’s presence and engagement across social platforms
– Lead global PR and influencer marketing initiatives
– Co-manage our paid social strategy (brand awareness and retargeting)
– Launch partnerships with creators and organize real-world events

Our goal is to make Crisp not just a SaaS support tool, but a brand and movement people want to follow.

Your Responsibilities

– Grow and engage an international community aligned with Crisp’s mission
– Collaborate with Léo to develop creative and diverse content
– Manage PR outreach and secure media coverage worldwide
– Run and optimize paid social campaigns using data-driven insights
– Initiate creator collaborations and offline activations
– Continuously experiment, learn, and refine strategies for maximum impact

What We’re Looking For

– You’re active online—posting, engaging, and staying informed
– You have a proven track record in community building or active participation in one
– You’re fluent in English and at least one other language
– You’re comfortable with experimentation and quick adaptation
– Ideally based in Europe, though remote applicants from anywhere are welcome
– Bonus: experience with automation tools or basic coding
