We’re hiring a Lead Workforce Management—an essential role in ensuring top-tier customer service at Qonto.

Customer Service & Onboarding is a key driver of our success. As we expand across Europe, our goal is to provide fast, secure, and personalized support to every customer, 24/7. We’re proud to deliver not just quick service, but truly outstanding experiences.

In this role, you’ll oversee workforce planning and vendor operations across our global support network. You’ll lead strategic forecasting and resource planning to ensure optimal support coverage, driving both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You’ll report to Cédric, manage a team of two (David in Barcelona and Nicolas in Belgrade), and work closely with external partners to enhance performance and efficiency.

As Lead Workforce Planning at Qonto, you will:
– Analyze workforce data and forecast staffing needs based on historical trends and business projections. Develop capacity plans to scale customer support.
– Manage strategic BPO partnerships, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and performance management across multiple countries.
– Implement analytics tools to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, boosting productivity while maintaining service quality.
– Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align workforce strategies with business goals and report performance metrics to leadership.
– Lead and develop your team of workforce analysts through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring effective resource allocation.

What to expect:
– A high-impact role managing workforce planning for a large-scale support operation with growing AI involvement.
– Strategic engagement with senior leaders at key outsourcing partners.
– Use of advanced analytics and forecasting tools to balance cost and service quality.
– Opportunities to manage urgent staffing needs for regulatory projects, technical issues, or rapid scaling.
– An international scope requiring adaptability across time zones and cultures.

About your future manager:
Cédric combines strategic insight with operational expertise, having scaled businesses from the ground up. With experience at McKinsey, Amazon, BRANDED, and now Qonto, he’s skilled at building scalable processes, leading global teams, and driving customer-focused growth. He brings clarity, structure, and a growth mindset to every project, making him an excellent mentor for those looking to balance strategy and execution.

About you:
– You have a strong background in workforce management, with experience leading teams or complex planning initiatives.
– You excel at managing external partnerships and driving performance.
– You’re analytical, data-driven, and comfortable building forecasting models.
– You demonstrate leadership and thrive in high-pressure, fast-scaling environments.
– You’re an effective communicator across all levels and cultures (French and English are a plus, but not required).

At Qonto, we value real diversity—not just checkboxes. Apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. You might be the missing piece we need.

Perks:
– A personalized, dynamic career path.
– Inclusive work culture.
– Offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, and Belgrade.
– Competitive salary.
– Meal vouchers and public transport reimbursement.
– Excellent health insurance (varies by country).
– Access to mental health support via Moka Care and wellness benefits.
– Inclusive disability and parenthood policies, plus childcare support.
– Monthly team events.

Hiring process:
– Interviews with Talent Acquisition and future managers.
– A remote exercise to showcase your skills and experience Qonto’s work style.
– Our process typically takes 20 working days, with offers made within 48 hours.
