What You’ll Do
• Reinvent leadership development for the AI age by creating programs that prepare adaptable, inspiring, and inclusive leaders.
• Integrate AI-driven personalization, predictive insights, and adaptive learning tools throughout leadership development.
• Design next-generation learning experiences that blend neuroscience, behavioral science, and emerging technologies. Use coaching, immersive simulations, and digital learning that works across cultures and regions.
• Promote inclusion and belonging by embedding inclusive leadership principles into all programs. Use AI ethically to widen access and reduce bias.
• Scale impact through technology by experimenting with generative AI, VR/AR, and modern learning platforms. Use AI to identify skill gaps, anticipate learning needs, and deliver timely development at scale.
• Strengthen culture and performance by advising senior leaders through periods of disruption and digital transformation. Integrate learning into daily work so development and inclusion become strategic business advantages.
• Measure what matters by using advanced analytics to track outcomes, demonstrate ROI, and continuously refine programs to drive innovation and business impact.

Who You Are
• You have 10+ years in Learning, Talent, or Leadership Development with proven success at scale.
• You bring deep leadership development expertise and a strong interest in emerging technologies like AI and digital coaching tools.
• You have a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• You excel at facilitation and can influence and coach leaders across cultures.
• You have experience embedding learning into organizational culture and leading large-scale transformation.
• You champion inclusion and ensure leadership is accessible, fair, and human-centered.
• You embrace technology while maintaining a people-first approach.
• You communicate with clarity and inspire leaders to embrace change.
• You’re passionate about human potential and comfortable with experimentation, agility, and data.
• You measure success through outcomes, not hours trained.
• An advanced degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred.

Where You’ll Be
• This role can be based in London, UK or Stockholm, Sweden.
• We offer flexibility in where you work. While some in-person meetings are required, you can work from home part of the week and are asked to come in two to three times weekly.
