We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Technology leader to define the future of Marketing Automation and its supporting tools within Consumer Marketing. In this strategic and expert role, you will develop the roadmap, oversee platform enhancements, and boost customer engagement through personalized, data-driven messaging. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll operate at the crossroads of technology, marketing, and innovation—enhancing our communications and delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
MarTech Strategy:
Develop and lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of our Marketing Technology strategy in close collaboration with Engineering, IT, and Product Management. Define the ideal future state of marketing technology for Consumer Marketing and communicate strategic priorities, impact, and ROI to senior leadership.
MarTech Ecosystem Management:
Conduct comprehensive audits of current marketing technology tools and recommend improvements aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities to better utilize existing platforms.
Vendor & Solution Management:
Lead evaluations and pilot programs for new vendors and technologies that improve personalization, automation, attribution, and insights. Oversee vendor relationships, including selection, integration, performance tracking, contract negotiations, and cost management.
Innovation & Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to translate business objectives into scalable tech solutions. Promote AI-driven initiatives to enhance campaign performance, segmentation, content generation, and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
– 6+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable), including managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
– 4+ years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud), including data ingestion and integration.
– 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution or media mix modeling.
– Strong project management skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certifications in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Customer.io, Iterable).
– Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
– Proficiency with tools like Jira and Asana for project management.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
– Consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.
– Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
– Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for computer use.
– Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs (e.g., laptops).
– Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
Compensation:
U.S. base salary ranges for this full-time role are:
– Zone A: $118,640 – $167,580 + equity + benefits
– Zone B: $130,504 – $184,338 + equity + benefits
– Zone C: $142,368 – $201,096 + equity + benefits
– Zone D: $154,232 – $217,854 + equity + benefits
