Our Learning Consultants are essential in guiding clients to become truly Collaborative Learning organizations. Rather than simply instructing customers on how to use our platform, we work alongside them to redefine how corporate learning is created, implemented, and expanded.
As a Learning Consultant, your role is to help clients get the most out of our collaborative learning platform by advising on content strategy, user adoption, and best practices. You’ll collaborate with Solution Deployment Managers during onboarding to lead workshops and consulting sessions. After onboarding, you’ll continue to support clients by introducing additional solutions, ensuring successful rollouts, high engagement, and long-term impact—empowering them to build lasting learning programs.
Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, feedback, timely completion of project milestones, and long-term client retention and platform usage.
Within your first month, you will:
– Complete onboarding and become proficient with project tools (Trello, Salesforce, Monday.com) and our Convexity culture.
– Understand how the Business Team (Customer Success and Professional Services) collaborates to support clients.
– Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently engage with customers.
– Build relationships with global colleagues through virtual meetups and team activities.
– Observe ongoing projects to learn best practices and our consulting methodology.
Within three months, you will:
– Lead your first customer workshops and receive feedback to refine your facilitation skills.
– Start managing your own implementation and consulting projects with coaching support.
– Set quarterly goals aligned with the Professional Services Team’s objectives.
– Contribute to our internal knowledge base (Confluence & Trello) by sharing helpful resources and insights.
Within six months, you will:
– Take charge of more complex workshops and consulting engagements, showing independence and expertise.
– Prepare and deliver high-stakes sessions for Enterprise clients.
– Master advanced features of the platform to offer deeper value.
– Join discovery sessions with Product Managers to share client feedback and influence product development.
– Support pre-sales efforts by demonstrating the value of Learning Consultants to prospective clients.
Within twelve months, you will:
– Create scripts, frameworks, and learning materials for new services offered by the LC team.
– Represent the team as a subject-matter expert in marketing webinars on digital learning.
– Mentor and onboard at least one new Learning Consultant, sharing your knowledge to strengthen the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
– 3+ years of experience in learning & development project management, client-facing roles in SaaS, or customer success.
– Strong listening and teaching abilities.
– Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proactive mindset and results-driven approach.
– Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools and processes.
– Fluent in both French and English (US/UK), with the ability to switch between them in professional settings.
– German proficiency is a strong plus.
