About the Role:

As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll take charge of designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs that support Docebo’s growth and deepen both employee and customer understanding of our products. This role blends adult learning theory and instructional design expertise to create digital, blended, and in-person training experiences. You’ll work closely with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify needs, craft customized solutions, and deliver innovative learning that enhances onboarding, skill development, and product knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about designing engaging learning that boosts performance and retention. You bring a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design, along with a curiosity for new learning technologies. You’re a strong collaborator who can align learning strategies with business goals. Success in this role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

– Partner with internal teams to assess training needs and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.
– Design and produce high-quality learning content, including digital courses, blended programs, job aids, online resources, and in-person workshops.
– Track and measure training effectiveness to ensure content stays relevant and impactful.
– Incorporate new learning technologies and methods to enhance instructional design and development.
– Work with SMEs and stakeholders to gather and curate accurate, relevant source materials.
– Create or revise learning content in line with company standards and quality expectations.
– Deliver in-person training and support virtual learning sessions as needed.

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience in corporate learning, including both in-person and virtual training delivery.
– Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning theories.
– Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
– Experience with online learning, virtual platforms, and mobile learning tools.
– Proficiency in learning design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training that drives measurable results.
