You’ll be a key member of the Legal Operations team, overseeing projects, implementing technology, and providing ongoing support for our tech systems. Your work will help the legal team operate efficiently, stay aligned with business goals, and effectively manage legal risks.

What you’ll do:
• Lead project management for legal team transformation initiatives.
• Oversee technology rollouts and provide user support and system administration for legal tech platforms (such as matter and knowledge management, IP management, governance risk and compliance, e‑billing, and contract management).
• Build and maintain knowledge management processes and tools.
• Promote adoption of legal technologies, including AI.
• Support the legal team’s OKR planning, track progress, and help coordinate project teams.
• Manage complex legal matters from a project perspective.
• Assist with financial management for the legal team, including budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring external counsel spend.

• Effective project management, resulting in successful delivery of OKRs, transformation initiatives, and complex legal matters.
• Strong user satisfaction with legal tech systems.
• Well‑developed and well‑utilized legal knowledge resources.
• Increased and effective use of legal technologies, including AI.
• Reliable and well‑coordinated management of legal team finances.

Critical competencies:
• Technical expertise (ideally with certification) in SAFE, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Design Thinking, or Product Management.
• Excellent communication skills with a people‑focused approach.
• A mindset centered on growth, value, and innovation.
• Comfort working in a fast‑changing environment and handling ambiguity.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within a globally distributed team.
• Quick adoption of new technologies and the ability to help others use them effectively.

Experience:
• Prior experience in legal operations, business consulting, technology transformation, or similar work.
• Experience within an in‑house legal team or law firm practice management is preferred but not essential.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally involving multiple medium‑scale initiatives at once.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
