About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and operations-focused professional to support our legal team. You’ll be responsible for streamlining processes, managing compliance workflows, and providing operational support. You should have experience in a legal setting—either in-house or at a law firm—preferably within the tech or SaaS industry. You’re resourceful, organized, and an effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement
– Monitor and enforce customer and affiliate compliance with company policies in collaboration with Account Managers and business leaders.
– Handle reports and responses related to policy violations, including MAP and Terms of Service breaches.

Tool & Vendor Management
– Support the implementation and management of legal tools such as contract and equity management systems.

Legal Request Handling
– Respond to DMCA takedown notices, cease and desist letters, customer disputes, data deletion requests, and other compliance-related inquiries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with teams across the company (Product, Customer Success, Sales, Security, etc.) to develop scalable compliance and risk management processes.

Administrative Support
– Assist the VP of Legal and legal team with document tracking, scheduling, and internal reporting.

Other Legal Projects
– Contribute to various legal initiatives and special projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Experience / Education / Certifications
– 1–4 years of experience in legal operations within a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally in tech or SaaS.
– 3+ years of experience in project or operations support.
– Bachelor’s degree required; background in law or business administration preferred.
– Familiarity with compliance programs, risk frameworks, and customer/vendor interactions is a plus.
