Are you a finance professional driven by results, passionate about luxury vehicles, and experienced in managing high-value accounts? Lendbuzz is looking for a motivated Luxury Auto Finance Manager to join our expanding team. This position allows you to apply your expertise in luxury auto financing to fuel growth, build strong client relationships, and meet ambitious sales goals. It’s ideal for someone with in-depth industry experience and the ability to close significant finance deals in the luxury car market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Acquire high-value accounts in the luxury automotive sector, targeting premium dealerships and affluent clients. Grow Lendbuzz’s footprint and market share in this exclusive segment.

Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key dealerships and luxury car buyers. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service and tailored financing solutions.

Financial Analysis & Deal Structuring: Collaborate with clients to create customized finance packages. Use your financial expertise to analyze data, interpret reports, and provide insights aligned with client goals.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead deal negotiations with dealerships and high-value clients, crafting competitive and mutually beneficial agreements. Use strong communication and persuasive skills to influence stakeholders.

Market Insight & Strategy: Monitor trends in the luxury automotive industry, assess competitor offerings, and adapt strategies to maintain Lendbuzz’s leadership in the market.

Travel & Client Engagement: Travel frequently across the U.S. to meet with dealership partners, attend industry events, and strengthen key relationships.

Qualifications

– 5–7 years of experience in finance or sales, with a focus on the luxury automotive sector.
– Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and managing high-value accounts in the luxury car market.
– Deep knowledge of and connections within the luxury automotive industry, including relationships with premium dealerships and affluent clients.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
– Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and financial data, offering strategic insights.
– Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. to support business development.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation: $75,000 – $200,000 per year
