The Position
As the Senior QA Manager, you will lead the quality assurance strategy at Luxury Presence, ensuring our engineering teams deliver high-quality products quickly. You’ll manage a growing team of QA engineers, manual testers, and analysts, embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Your influence will span across web, integrations, and mobile platforms, playing a key role in advancing our engineering standards.
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in building and scaling QA functions within fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environments. You should be comfortable in startup settings, data-driven, and well-versed in modern QA tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and engineering objectives.
– Lead and grow a high-performing QA team, including SDETs, manual testers, and cross-functional support.
– Create scalable QA processes and metrics to track quality across teams.
– Implement and manage test automation frameworks for web, backend, and mobile platforms.
– Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure quality is integrated at every development stage.
– Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
– Work with DevOps to embed quality into CI/CD and release workflows.
– Promote a quality-first culture and advocate for best practices across the organization.
– Evaluate and adopt tools to improve test coverage, performance, regression, and load testing.
Qualifications
– 8–10+ years in QA, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
– Strong experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise solutions, or large-scale B2B applications.
– Expertise in QA processes, test automation, and tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and Appium.
– Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and microservices architecture.
– Proven success scaling QA functions in startups or high-growth tech companies.
– Experience using AI tools to enhance QA processes in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with mobile QA for native or hybrid apps.
– Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or New Relic.
– Background in real estate or enterprise tech companies.
Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
