The Role
We’re seeking a curious and data-savvy Measurement Analyst to join our expanding Measurements team. As our campaigns become increasingly data-focused, we need someone to help grow our measurement capabilities, conduct research, and deliver insights that demonstrate the effectiveness of creator-driven marketing.
You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Client Success teams to design and analyze studies like Brand Lift and attribution models, helping clients understand the true impact of their campaigns. You’ll also contribute to building internal tools, processes, and dashboards that enhance our ability to track success.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and executing Brand Lift and MMM/MTA studies for client campaigns
– Interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights
– Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Tableau
– Work with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success to align measurement with campaign goals
– Maintain internal measurement resources and reporting templates
– Keep up with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
– Communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way for clients
To Succeed in This Role
– Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional collaboration
– Present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Take initiative in improving measurement processes
– Work well across departments, especially with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success
– Adapt quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
– Be proactive and resourceful in solving problems and learning new concepts
About You
– 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, research, or measurement
– Experience conducting or analyzing Brand Lift studies (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Kantar)
– Knowledge of MMM and/or MTA methodologies
– Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if you know SQL, Python, or R
– Solid grasp of brand marketing metrics and campaign performance indicators
– Experience designing surveys and using control/exposed methods to measure impact
– Proficient in data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau
– Strong storytelling and presentation abilities, especially with data
– Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders
– Self-motivated and passionate about the creator economy
