We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to support our mission of improving primary care. Our innovative approach combines technology and thoughtful design to significantly enhance both physician and patient experiences.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and helping us scale our operations. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adaptable to change.

This is an entry-level opportunity at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, offering significant potential for career growth. It also provides valuable clinical experience working closely with physicians (MDs and DOs), physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.

What You’ll Do:

– Administer vaccines
– Perform phlebotomy
– Process lab specimens
– Conduct EKGs
– Assist with medical procedures, including setup and cleanup
– Handle clerical tasks related to patient care
– Manage inventory and supplies on a regular schedule
– Stock lab and exam rooms with necessary materials
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
– Deliver compassionate care to patients from diverse backgrounds
– Stay informed on clinic and company updates

What You’ll Bring:

– Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
– Comfort with new technologies and strong problem-solving skills
– Full-time availability, Monday through Friday

What Will Set You Apart:

– At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant
– Previous work in a healthcare environment

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
– Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
– Willingness to work in environments with exposure to chemicals, blood-borne pathogens, and bodily fluids

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

Circle Medical offers transparent, location-based pay with options to exchange cash for stock. This full-time, hourly position pays $24–$29 per hour and includes generous vacation time, paid holidays, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
