I’m a Talent Attraction Analyst and I’m looking for professionals located in Brazil to work as a Mid-Level QA on one of our projects.

Responsibilities:
– Write test scenarios using Gherkin.
– Perform manual testing when needed.
– Create and manage test data.
– Support the Product Owner during homologation.
– Work with the team to understand the business and deployments.
– Participate in and contribute to user story refinement.
– Quality management: define and track quality indicators and metrics to ensure effective testing and continuous process improvement.
– Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance product quality.
– Bug tracking: monitor and document defects, conduct root cause analyses with the development team, and create action plans to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:
– Experience writing test scenarios with Gherkin.
– Experience creating and managing test data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
– Experience working with agile methodologies.
– Experience coordinating integration testing across different squads.
