I’m a Talent Attraction Analyst currently looking for a Mid-Senior Manual QA based in Colombia to join our vibrant team on an exciting project with our largest automotive industry client in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

– Create detailed test plans to verify product features and ensure thorough test coverage.
– Perform both manual and automated testing to detect defects and evaluate product performance.
– Accurately document and report bugs found during testing for effective tracking.
– Work closely with developers to resolve issues, promoting continuous improvement.
– Confirm that all customer requirements are met through comprehensive testing and analysis.
– Ensure the final product meets the company’s quality standards.
– Offer feedback on processes and product quality to support ongoing improvements and project success.

Requirements:

– Advanced English proficiency for client communication.
– Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, specifying, and executing web software tests.
– Understanding of API testing practices.
– Experience with Playwright or similar testing tools.
– Familiarity with the Testing Pyramid and its application.
– Proficiency with JIRA or similar issue tracking and project management tools.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

– Experience with automation testing.
– Experience testing on mobile and tablet devices.
