At Mission Hospice of Rancho Mirage, our care extends beyond scheduled visits—our dedicated team makes it all possible. We work closely together to ensure a smooth and coordinated care experience for patients and their families in a way that’s unique to our community.

Our Rancho Mirage branch is currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator. This role involves partnering with the Volunteer Resources Manager to plan, organize, and oversee all volunteer activities within the branch.

Compensation: $30–$33 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

– At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
– At least two years of experience in management or volunteer supervision preferred.
– Ability to lead, organize, and assess volunteer services.
– Understanding of hospice care philosophy.
