About the Team:
The Hub serves as a central location for the sales team to hold meetings, conduct interviews, host rewards and recognition events, and handle device check-in and check-out, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain daily MIS reports to track refurbishment volumes and support decision-making.
– Coordinate with various hubs to determine refurbishment material needs and ensure timely dispatch.
– Organize and oversee the shipment of packing materials to hubs and customer centers to facilitate refurbishment and delivery operations.
– Work with the Central Warehouse (CWH) to manage the dispatch of refurbishment materials to hubs and customer centers.
– Monitor vendor deliveries to the CWH to ensure timely arrival and adherence to quality standards.
– Collaborate with the CWH to ensure prompt processing of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and invoices for accurate inventory and financial records.
– Design and execute effective dispatch strategies from the CWH to hubs and customer centers to streamline logistics and material distribution.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
– Demonstrated experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
– Skilled in MIS reporting and data analysis.
– Capable of managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining operational timelines.
