About your role: As a Moderation Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our social networking ecosystem, working directly with real user-generated content and helping ensure a safe and trustworthy environment on a rapidly expanding global platform. This role is ideal for someone who can stay focused, think clearly, and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations where accuracy is crucial.

In this role, you will:
• Review photos, messages, and live streams according to platform policies, workflows, and targets, including content that may be sensitive or disturbing
• Keep a consistently high level of accuracy and quality in all daily tasks
• Prepare reports on completed work and suggest ways to improve efficiency

It’s all about you:
• Upper Intermediate English level
• Basic knowledge of Excel or spreadsheets
• Strong critical thinking and independent content evaluation
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows, volumes, and policies
• High attention to detail and quality
• Effective time management and deadline discipline
• Clear, professional written communication
• Problem-solving mindset and confidence in decision-making
• Willingness to collaborate and share insights
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and policies
• Ability to stay composed when handling sensitive or potentially disturbing content
• Experience in content moderation is a plus
