Your responsibilities will include:
– Reviewing images, messages, and live streams in line with platform policies, including sensitive or potentially disturbing content
– Maintaining accuracy and consistency in your work
– Preparing reports on moderation activities
– Proposing workflow and efficiency improvements

– English proficiency at B2 level or higher
– No previous moderation experience required
– Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
– Ability to concentrate and adapt quickly
– Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
– Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

– Active listening and openness to feedback
