Mongolian-Speaking Customer Experience Officer – Mongolia
Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to become part of our Customer Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone.
– Conduct individual client analysis and take necessary actions.
– Ensure high-quality service in handling client requests.
– Promote the company’s products and services to clients.
– Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
– Collaborate effectively with other departments as needed.
– Help the team meet its performance goals.
Key Qualifications:
– A degree in a business-related discipline.
– Experience working with clients in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.
– Native-level fluency in Mongolian and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
– Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High proficiency in computer use.
– A valid work permit is required.
