What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking a Monitoring & Support Associate based in Brazil or Argentina to join our Customer Success team. You will be the primary point of contact responsible for meeting SLAs and managing any alerts, outages, or issues during your coverage hours.
What will I be doing?
• Create reports and monitor key industry metrics.
• Detect anomalies or early trends to prevent issues from escalating.
• When needed, involve or escalate matters to other teams promptly and clearly.
• Troubleshoot problems and make adjustments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Develop new ways to optimize internal processes and enhance customer experience; handle urgent tasks efficiently.
• Stay current on technical processes, functions, and requirements.
• Manage customer‑reported tickets, questions, and incidents.
• Follow up internally to ensure SLAs are met.
What skills do I need?
• Bachelor’s degree or current student.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Experience in payments or technology is a plus.
• Strengths: proactive mindset, independence, critical thinking, preventive approach, strong energy, and sound decision‑making.
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Excel, SQL, databases, Kibana, etc.) is an advantage.
• Advanced or fluent English.
