Why This Role is for You
As a Senior or Level 2 Network Engineer, you’ll provide around-the-clock network support for clients worldwide. We’re seeking professionals with a strong background in enterprise networking, especially those skilled in managing escalations and critical incidents. If you’re passionate about routing, switching, and network security, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage and maintain complex network infrastructures in global enterprise data centers and remote offices
– Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, and Cisco ISR routers
– Deep understanding of ARP, MAC tables, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, switch stacking, HSRP/VRRP, ACLs, and NAT
– Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols
– Set up and maintain enterprise LAN and WAN environments
– Deploy and manage security devices, including firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC)
– Strong skills in firewall configuration, security policy management, and troubleshooting
– Expertise in security technologies such as ACLs, NAT, IPSec VPNs, SSL VPNs, and high-availability firewall setups
– Experience handling escalations and critical network incidents in enterprise environments
– Coordinate with ISPs, clients, and on-site teams to resolve network and security issues
– Experience with SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco, Viptela, Versa) is a plus

What We’re Looking For

– 5–8 years of experience managing multi-vendor network environments
– Advanced knowledge in routing, switching, and security
– Experience working with clients across the US, Europe, and APAC
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
– CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus
