Remote Non-Voice Call Center Support Agent (Contract) – Rs. 140/hour

We are looking for a committed and professional Remote Call Center Support Agent to join our team on a contractual basis. This fully remote, night-shift position involves delivering top-notch customer service. Applicants must use their own laptop and have a stable internet connection to fulfill their duties effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
– Provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
– Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.

Requirements:

– Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet.
– Excellent spoken English communication skills.
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
– Must be available for scheduled night shifts.
– Cannot be employed elsewhere during the contract period.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Compensation and Terms:

– Pay: Rs. 140 per hour.
– Type: Contract-based, remote, night shift only.
– Exclusivity: No other employment allowed during the contract.
