Marcus & Millichap’s Vancouver office is looking to add a new member to its energetic and collaborative administrative support team. We’re in search of a friendly and professional Marketing Coordinator who values a stable and growth-oriented office environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, creating visually appealing materials, and continuously improving themselves and their team to contribute to the overall success of the office.

This is a full-time, in-office (non-remote) hourly position.

The commercial real estate industry is fast-paced and competitive. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, strong graphic design skills, and a can-do attitude to every task.

Key responsibilities include:

– Creating marketing materials and proposal books using Adobe Creative Suite and proprietary software to showcase Marcus & Millichap’s market expertise.
– Managing front office operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, coordinating supplies, reporting facility issues, and preparing sales meeting presentations.
– Supporting social media efforts, press releases, and other external communications.
– Collaborating with local and regional team members on a variety of tasks, including recruiting, event planning, and special projects.
– Learning and providing administrative support for real estate transactions using our proprietary systems.
– Serving as the Vancouver office’s go-to expert for marketing.

What we’re looking for:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Intermediate or advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proofreading and editing abilities.
– A team player who is proactive, eager to learn, and approachable.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Dependable and punctual, with a sense of ownership and pride in your work.
– At least one year of experience in graphic design or administrative support is preferred; experience in a sales environment is a plus.

Note: Candidates will be tested on software proficiency and office skills.
