Role Overview:
As an Online Acquisition Apprentice, you’ll assist in driving user growth across our global dating app portfolio, including brands like Plenty of Fish and OkCupid. Working closely with creative teams and media partners, you’ll help shape and refine acquisition strategies, manage campaign planning, analyze performance, and gain practical experience in a fast-paced, data-focused marketing setting. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to see how digital marketing fuels business growth at scale.
We believe that while connections begin online, the real magic happens in person—just like our work culture. That’s why we collaborate in our Paris office (53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009) three days a week.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
– Launch and improve online acquisition campaigns globally.
– Analyze campaign performance, summarize insights, and identify ways to enhance ongoing efforts across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
– Provide creative feedback and performance reports to boost ad effectiveness.
– Identify and onboard new media partners to expand our reach.
We Could Be a Match If:
– You’re looking for an apprenticeship as part of a Master’s program.
– You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
– You’re curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and open to new ideas.
– You’re comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
– You enjoy working with creative, analytics, and media teams.
– You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What’s the Team Like?
– You’ll report to a Senior Online Marketing Manager and be part of a collaborative, data-driven team.
– You’ll work closely with other acquisition and creative team members.
Interview Process:
– A 30–45 minute Zoom call with Fatima-Ezzahra ABIDI (Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist).
– A 60-minute in-person meeting with Florent MAUCOURT (Senior Online Marketing Manager), including a 30-minute case study.
– A 30-minute in-person or Zoom interview with Bastien (Director of Online Marketing) and Céline (People Coordinator).
