About the Role
As the Manager of People Operations, you’ll work closely with the VP of People to enhance and oversee our HR operations and employee experience programs. You’ll be responsible for managing daily HR functions, supporting HR systems, and leading initiatives to improve processes that benefit both the People Team and employees worldwide. This includes managing the employee lifecycle and collaborating with teams like People Partners, Total Rewards, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth execution of HR programs.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
What You’ll Do
– Manage and configure HR systems and workflows
– Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
– Lead and develop a team of People Operations Coordinators through coaching and performance management
– Coordinate performance reviews, learning programs, and employee engagement efforts
– Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
– Stay updated on HR best practices and suggest improvements
– Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations
– Promote HR system adoption through training and documentation
– Assist in managing vendor relationships and optimizing systems
– Provide regular reports and analyze HR data
– Work with cross-functional teams on HR-related initiatives
What You Bring
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
– 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an operations role
– Proven leadership and team development experience, preferably with direct reports
– Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, SuccessFactors, or Rippling
– Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle, performance management, and HR operations
– Experience improving HR processes in a multi-stakeholder environment
– Basic understanding of employment law and compliance
– Track record of driving operational improvements and managing change
– Detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused
– Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
– High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
