About the position:

We are hiring part-time and PRN Mobile Phlebotomists to join our fast-growing startup. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitals, clinics, or mobile settings.

For the PRN role, we’re looking for availability at least three days per week between 5am and 9am. The part-time role requires availability Monday through Friday from 5am to 10am. Candidates should be able to work independently and maintain high standards of care.

Most importantly, we’re looking for individuals who are friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused. While we provide mobile phlebotomy services, we see ourselves as a patient experience company. Our specialists are key to delivering exceptional care, and every patient interaction is a chance to make a positive impact.

At Getlabs, your responsibilities will include:

– Traveling to patients’ homes or offices, driving to appointments, and delivering samples to labs or service centers
– Performing blood draws and processing specimens accurately and safely
– Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
– Staying in close contact with operations and patient experience teams during business hours

What we’re looking for:

– Certified phlebotomist from an accredited organization
– At least one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
– Experience with sample processing
– Certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
– Strong customer service background
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
– Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
– Proof of first COVID-19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment
– Bonus: Spanish fluency
