Join the Revenue Operations & Enablement Team as our Senior Manager of Partner & Channel Operations. In this position, you will lead operational excellence, strengthen forecasting discipline, and ensure alignment across the Partnerships organization. Acting as a key partner to leadership in Partnerships, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will develop scalable systems, optimize processes, and deliver insights that fuel partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
How you’ll contribute:
• Manage partner forecasting with PAMs and leaders, including cadence, standardization, and accuracy oversight
• Implement and oversee a Partner Relationship Management system integrated with CRM, aligned with MOPS and SOPS
• Provide monthly reports to referral partners based on their specific needs and compile internal reporting for leadership
• Work with Revenue Enablement to ensure all AEs follow the correct ROEs and processes for referral partners
• Coordinate with the Partner Success team to support partner customers and indirect customers
• Collaborate with Finance on partner-related revenue recognition, bookings, commission reporting, and indirect customer bookings
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting efficiency and maintain alignment across reporting systems
• Drive collaboration with MOPS, SOPS, Finance, and Enablement to ensure accurate data and consistent process adoption
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting structures to measure performance by partner, partner type, and PAM
• Provide strategic insights and decision-making support to Partnerships, Sales, and Revenue Operations leaders
• Promote operational best practices across partner teams, including pipeline management, forecasting rigor, and process adherence
• Advocate for the use of AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and forecasting within Partner Operations
• Perform additional duties as needed
What you’ll need to succeed:
• 8+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in SaaS or tech
• Strong understanding of partner and channel ecosystems, referral models, and co-selling strategies
• Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce reporting, PRM platforms (preferably Salesforce PRM), and Crossbeam or similar tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong command of productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Familiarity with AI tools like Glean, Copilot, OpenAI, or equivalents, and the ability to use them effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and BI teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving process improvements
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive presence
• A strategic approach paired with strong tactical execution
