The Role 🎨

As the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll play a direct role in transforming and saving lives by building an AI-powered acquisition engine that drives Mindbloom’s next phase of growth. You’ll combine creative innovation, data-driven strategy, and disciplined cost management to expand access to life-changing mental health care.

• Double new client acquisition in 6 months and 5x it in 18 months, while ensuring sustainable growth
• Build a high-output creative engine from scratch, producing 8–12 new concepts monthly and identifying the most effective messages, formats, and visuals
• Lead the discovery and validation of new marketing channels, turning successful tests into scalable acquisition strategies

We offer competitive compensation with significant equity upside. While we operate with minimal hierarchy and titles, your role and pay will reflect your experience and impact. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000–$220,000 USD annually, with total compensation varying based on equity, benefits, and other factors.
