About the Role
The Associate Project Manager (APM) will manage low to mid-complexity projects across assigned client accounts. They will collaborate closely with internal teams—Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology—to enable impactful work and outcomes.
The APM is responsible for delivering successful project outcomes through strategic planning, team coordination, and proactive risk management. They will also begin to take on financial responsibilities such as estimating, budgeting, and supporting financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the client contact for active low/mid-complexity projects
– Gather client input and manage expectations
– Help prioritize and organize project work
– Identify and address project risks early
– Translate client feedback into actionable plans
– Deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations
– Manage financial aspects including pricing, budgeting, reconciliation, billing, and financial reporting
– Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute project plans
– Act as the central point of coordination for assigned projects
– Maintain project timelines and resource allocation
– Facilitate communication and document meeting outcomes
– Support or lead client submissions and meetings
– Monitor project tasks and ensure timely delivery
– Contribute to accurate monthly revenue projections
About You:
– 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharmaceutical setting
– Strong collaboration skills across functions
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Confident in client-facing interactions
– Solid presentation abilities
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
