THE COMPANY
FEVO is on a mission to make online shopping more human — meaning fun, interactive, and social instead of isolating. We’re achieving this by creating cutting-edge, socially-driven e-commerce tools for some of the world’s top brands, enabling their customers to connect and engage with others during the buying process. Our team is made up of fast-moving, passionate self-starters who challenge the norm. We currently lead the live events market and are expanding into new areas like fashion, luxury, retail, beauty, home, and travel.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Designer with a passion for crafting user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual design and can turn creative concepts into engaging front-end experiences. As a Junior Platform & Front-End Designer, you’ll be an essential part of our design team, working closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to deliver intuitive and visually compelling experiences across web, mobile, and other digital interfaces. You’ll be involved in the full design process—from understanding user needs to delivering polished, front-end-ready designs. This role reports to the VP of Product Design & Creative and offers the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while making a real impact on our products.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

– A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent experience designing user interfaces for both front-end and back-end systems
– 2–3 years of professional design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, problem-solving skills, and digital work
– Foundational knowledge of user-centered design principles
– Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
– Awareness of how designs translate into code (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required)
– Familiarity with responsive design and platform-specific standards (e.g., Material Design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines), and experience working with Design Systems
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– A self-aware, growth-oriented mindset
– A passion for tackling complex challenges
– A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow within a design team
– Experience with brands in sports, retail, travel, e-commerce, or platforms like Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, or Paciolan is a bonus

– Refine designs based on user feedback and performance data

Collaboration and Communication

– Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers
– Clearly present design ideas, prototypes, and front-end implementations
– Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback

– Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and resolve front-end issues

General Responsibilities

– Manage your tasks and meet project deadlines
– Maintain a proactive, growth-focused mindset
– Keep design files and code repositories well-organized
– Follow company design processes and standards

Additional Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL GET

– A full benefits package including health, dental, vision, supplemental coverage, 401(k), and flexible PTO
– Opportunities for career growth within an innovative and forward-thinking company
– The flexibility to work remotely (within the U.S.)

WHAT YOU WON’T GET
