Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills, and fast, proficient computer use.
Responsibilities:
– Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate meetings for various clients using our custom-built platform.
– Communication: Interact professionally via email and messaging to confirm and coordinate scheduling details.
– Data Accuracy: Ensure precise data entry to help enhance our system’s performance.
– Teamwork: Collaborate with our small, remote team by sharing feedback, ideas, and best practices to improve scheduling workflows.
