Sword Health is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and our expanding vendor network to manage contract renewals, understand sourcing needs, analyze spending, and drive operational excellence across our Procure-to-Pay processes.

What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing efforts, including RFx processes, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Technology, Events, and HR to support key initiatives.
• Conduct total cost of ownership analyses, market research, and pricing reviews to drive ongoing cost and performance improvements.
• Manage purchasing and contracting workflows in Sword’s Procure-to-Pay system.
• Contribute to spend management projects focused on cost savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, and improved financial visibility.

What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing diverse spend categories, particularly Software, Events, Professional Services, and Facilities.
• A history of improving efficiency, scaling operations, and reducing risk in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong relationship-management skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Familiarity with P2P tools (such as Coupa, Zip, Airbase), Google Workspace, macOS, Notion, and Jira.
