As part of our Procurement Team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and executing subscription coverage decisions involving major repair equipment purchases in HVAC, appliances, and plumbing. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and service professionals to source and order the correct equipment while meeting service-level and cost-efficiency goals. Our aim is to help you grow into one of our in‑house experts, ensuring smooth operations and supporting Super in delivering top‑tier service in the rapidly evolving home services market.

Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Source HVAC, plumbing, appliance, and pool parts and equipment.
• Process orders and details with strong accuracy and diligence.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of high‑value claims, including full reviews of customer policies and claim histories.
• Advise customers, service professionals, and operations teams on complex claims involving major equipment purchases.
• Help track pricing trends and relevant external factors that could influence the business.
• Assist with parts tracking, return authorizations, and credit memos.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to procurement operations.
• Identify and report process improvements and performance patterns to department leadership.

Qualifications and requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or appliance trades preferred.
• Strong team‑oriented approach required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to understand and interpret contract language.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate cost‑benefit analysis required.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities required.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms required.
• Comfort with G‑Suite products, including Docs and Sheets, preferred.
• Ability to manage a steady workload of multiple claims at once required.
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment required.
