We are looking for someone who
• is passionate about building user-facing products and understanding how they perform for wide and diverse audiences;
• enjoys technology, understands REST APIs and interservice communication, and ideally has interest or experience in gaming;
• is curious and analytical, able to form a full picture from incomplete information and translate technical findings into clear business insights;
• communicates well in English, both spoken and written, and uses visuals such as slides, diagrams, and dashboards to simplify complex concepts;
• likes examining and optimizing user journeys across B2B and B2C products;
• thrives on data and tracks engagement, retention, and product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn;
• works well in teams and collaborates easily with people, systems, and AI;
• is comfortable working within a multicultural, multilingual team distributed across many time zones.

Key responsibilities:
• research products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps;
• analyze data to uncover user behavior patterns, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities;
• collect, organize, and document information to ensure insights are accessible and reusable;
• combine findings, form hypotheses, and recommend data-driven product improvements;
• assist with A/B testing, evaluating feature performance, and validating new ideas.

What we offer:
• the chance to build and influence global products used by millions of creators and gaming businesses;
• a data-focused, experimentation-friendly environment where insights shape product strategy;
• flexible work options, whether remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on location;
• competitive compensation and an annual performance bonus;
• opportunities for professional development through conferences, courses, and mentorship.

Why this role matters:
As a Product Analyst at Xsolla, you will help connect creativity, technology, and business. You will contribute to our understanding of users—from gamers and creators to resellers and brands—and influence how we design gamified, data‑driven experiences that help digital ecosystems grow.
