What You’ll Do:
– Define and own the product vision for your area, ensuring it aligns with Polly’s broader strategy. Stay informed on market trends and keep stakeholders updated and aligned.
– Analyze customer, pricing, and market data to uncover insights and turn them into scalable product features.
– Identify opportunities to monetize Polly’s data, creating products that deliver measurable value and open new revenue channels.
– Collaborate with business teams to assess and prioritize product needs. Manage the product backlog to support effective sprint planning and timely releases.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to break down requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Program Management and Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
– Write detailed product requirements and ensure the engineering team has all necessary information to implement features efficiently.
– Act as the main point of contact for engineering, addressing questions and clarifying requirements to keep development aligned with goals.
– Establish success metrics for each feature before development begins and monitor them post-launch to evaluate performance.
– Manage product release communications and promote your products internally and externally with a clear, compelling message.
– Collaborate with partner teams to ensure strong go-to-market strategies, including sales, onboarding, training, and support.
– Use research and industry insights to better understand customer needs and anticipate future trends.
– Oversee release quality by coordinating testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and securing necessary business approvals. Work with compliance and other departments when launching new technologies.
What You Bring:
– A track record of inspiring and leading cross-functional teams with a clear product vision.
– Experience in conceptualizing and developing innovative products with a strong focus on user experience and design.
– 5–10 years in product management or similar roles.
– Practical experience delivering products using Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
– Excellent communication skills, able to help customers identify pain points and use those insights to guide product decisions.
– A bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Interview Process:
– Initial Call: 30-minute conversation with a Polly Talent Team member.
– Team Interview: 30-minute 1:1 with a member of the Product Team.
– Assessment: Take-home assignment followed by a presentation.
– Final Rounds: Four 30–45 minute interviews with peers, cross-functional team members, and executives.
