• Communication: Act as the primary internal point of contact for adoption and RFP progress.

Required Qualifications
• Over 5 years of program or project management experience in complex, cross-functional settings; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage intricate timelines involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee numerous concurrent workstreams and long-term schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous situations and adjusting plans as requirements evolve.
• Strong collaborator who can also work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Bonus Qualifications
• Experience in K–12 education, instructional materials, edtech, or public-sector procurement.
• Knowledge of state curriculum adoption processes and purchasing structures.
• Experience developing scalable operational systems such as templates, trackers, or dashboards.
