Position Overview:

Brand Besties is rapidly expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. Think of this role as the behind-the-scenes coordinator managing processes across accounts, talent, tech, and marketing.

This is a support role—not client-facing—but essential to helping our team shine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Prepare service agreements and documents for clients
– Create job descriptions and event staffing folders
– Post job listings on our internal platform and external sites
– Assist with scheduling, timelines, and organizing resources
– Set up and manage project folders in Google Drive and on Monday.com
– Coordinate with internal teams to keep everything on track

You’re a Great Fit If You:

– Are detail-obsessed, organized, and love structure
– Have experience supporting account teams, project managers, or operations
– Are skilled with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, and Monday.com (or eager to learn)
– Work quickly and reliably, juggling multiple tasks with ease
– Want to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced company that values energy and execution
– Have excellent written English
– Are proactive, organized, and self-motivated
– Bonus: Experience with staffing or influencer coordination is a plus
