Lone Wolf is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Control Analyst to support the development of a consistent project reporting and procurement process. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, this role requires strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to collaborate across all levels and departments of the organization. The analyst will work closely with teams in Product, Software Engineering/Development, and Finance to collect data, reconcile information, and deliver insights into expenses and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Support product operations by creating regular reports that identify early risks to timelines and budgets. Analyze data to support team objectives, monitor budgets, and forecast financial needs.
– Track and report outcome data, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards.
– Prepare data for internal and external audits, and perform ad hoc analysis for Product Family leaders and the CIO.
– Work with finance and tech teams to review and approve invoices, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to management.
– Assist in evaluating IT proposals, including reviewing competitive bids, system designs, and purchase agreements. Conduct financial, operational, and cost-benefit analyses.
– Help manage contract execution, and ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
– Continuously look for ways to reduce costs, streamline vendor and software usage, and automate data collection and processing tasks.
