Overview:
We’re hiring a full-time Project Coordinator (officially titled Account Representative) to lead and manage integrated marketing, fundraising, and communications campaigns for our expanding client roster. If you’re a strong writer, analytical thinker, skilled multitasker, and team leader who wants to make a difference through creative campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

– Help clients meet fundraising and engagement goals
– Provide excellent client service, including attending meetings and managing daily communications
– Research and develop direct mail strategies and manage communications calendars
– Analyze campaign data to measure success and guide future strategies
– Collaborate with clients to assess marketing and advocacy needs and identify new opportunities
– Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, develop creative ideas, and analyze acquisition data
– Oversee day-to-day client relationship management

Required Qualifications:

– 1–3 years of general work experience, including internships or part-time roles
– Passion for social causes and/or political campaigns
– Strong quantitative skills and ability to use data in decision-making (especially with Excel)
– Excellent writing and editing abilities
– Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
– Proactive problem-solving and sound judgment
– Strong team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in direct mail, fundraising, or marketing
– Background in client management
– Experience with political campaigns, nonprofits, or digital marketing agencies is a plus

Salary: $55,000 annually

This role is part of a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and employment terms are subject to union negotiations. The official job title upon hiring will be Account Representative.

Location:
We are fully remote with no set return-to-office date. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WI. Florida applicants must comply with e-verify requirements.
