– Create and manage detailed project plans, using tools to track progress and report milestones.
– Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and leadership, using data to support decisions.
– Identify and manage project risks and issues.
– Ensure all project materials are properly documented and stored.
– Coordinate with resource managers to resolve any staffing challenges.
– Develop training materials or process documentation to support project implementation at scale.
– Work across departments to ensure technology and systems align with process standards and customer experience goals.
– Lead multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
– Identify and address workflow, capability, and technology gaps with scalable solutions.
– Combine hands-on execution with leadership to manage projects effectively.
– Track ICHRA operational metrics and prepare executive-level updates on business and project progress.
– Embody our core values: authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and results orientation.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a tech-driven environment.
– 2+ years of relevant experience in operations or project management.
– Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
– Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results.
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
– Flexible and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment.
– Proven ability to make decisions, influence others, and thrive in a dynamic setting.

Bonus Points:

– Experience working at a startup.
– Familiarity with the ICHRA space.
– Experience with Jira, Lucidchart, or Visio.
– Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
– Project Management or Scrum Master certification.
