We are currently seeking a Senior QA Analyst with leadership experience or a Squad Lead with a strong Quality Assurance background to step into the role of our current QA Manager, who is moving on to a new project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead QA efforts and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
– Organize testing activities, define QA strategies, and assist delivery teams in adopting best practices
– Mentor QA team members and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
– Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align on quality objectives
– Analyze test outcomes, monitor quality metrics, and recommend process enhancements

Required Experience:

– Solid experience in Quality Assurance within agile environments
– Background in managing or mentoring QA teams or leading quality-focused squads
– Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
– Ability to balance hands-on testing with strategic quality leadership
– Proficient in English communication
