We are currently looking for an experienced annuity wholesaler to join our Distribution Group as a Regional Vice President. This role will focus on the independent and bank channels within the Northern Texas region.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, a comprehensive benefits program, and an uncapped commission structure.
Key responsibilities:
1. Drive annuity sales by implementing a strategic business plan, including training, motivating, and building strong partnerships with designated financial institutions.
2. Promote company goals, manage resources responsibly, and serve as a leader within the Annuity Distribution team.
3. Perform senior-level wholesaling duties within the assigned territory, achieving sales and activity targets with top producers across all distribution channels.
4. Collaborate with Internal Wholesalers to execute a regional business plan. Lead a three-person sales team and meet activity expectations aligned with territory strategy.
5. Meet specific activity benchmarks to strengthen advisor relationships and increase sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in annuity wholesale distribution
– Previous experience in external sales management preferred
– Demonstrated success in driving sales within a defined territory
– Experience across all annuity distribution channels is ideal
– Must hold a State Life and Health License, as well as FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
Compensation:
Base salary: $60,750 annually
Total targeted compensation: $60,000–$200,000, depending on location, skills, and experience
Includes eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
